We use the Creole Mustard seasoning on a wide variety of foods including veggies, seafood, chicken and beef. Whether we are grilling or sautéing it really adds wonderful flavor. Dinner guests have loved our chicken and asked for our recipe. We have also used the burger and rib rub seasonings with excellent results.

I have experienced the art of these beautiful savory seasonings on my burgers, steak and chicken. I am that one who will support minority-owned businesses when I can, but I hardly leave reviews as my purchase is as far as my support will go unless it is that good. This is a wonderful meld of flavors coming to fufill the claim of healthy and deliciousness. I do like a lot of heat to my food as my husband is from South America and spiciness is just a way of life. Although, these subtle flavors are not that spiceness we like, we are happy with the burst of flavor and know how to add more heat without taking away from that. Truly, it's a win win.

Side note: the hot sauce is the bees knees! We used to use Franks, because it had more flavor than Tabasco and Texas Pete. But as a lifelong follower of Franks, I have replaced it with Ms. Mickey's hot sauce! Hmhmm. No vinegar taste overpowering it, no no. Try it! I will say a steady hand is a must as I wished it had a drip spout like Franks as opposed to the existing opening. But hey, we live and learn...sometimes the "hot" way! 😆 🤣 😂

I just happened upon this street fair while in Wilmington NC visiting my mom when I took a walk downtown. I stopped at your booth and was given a sample of your seasoning on cucumber. I was shocked it was so good, I purchased a large one got home and later that day we had a fish fry and I put it on the fish it was delicious. I will be leaving going back to Miami and I will see you tomorrow morning for another bottle before I leave.
