What makes a good chicken wing? Is it the crispy exterior or does execution matter more to you in your pursuit of perfection with these delectable appetizers. A history lesson on how we came up with this perfect food for game day, and why they're called “chicken” wings at all might be helpful before diving into some recipes! These sweet and spicy wings are a perfect snack to enjoy with your friends and family on any game day. They’re not too heavy, but they do have just enough spice that will keep you coming back for more!
