Suggestion for you is to avoid over mixing the meat. Over handling the meat can cause harm to the tenderness of the burger. 

The next step is to make a spread using hot sauce, mayonnaise, parsley, creole mustard, etc. You can also eat the spread with seafood, fried chicken or whatever you prefer with. While the patties are being cooked you can prepare your spread. Everyone might also have their own bun preferences. Brioche buns or French buns can be tastier than the regular ones.

  1. Preheating the grill is quite necessary. You need to preheat the grill 350 degree to 400 degree F or 175 to 205 degree Celsius. Place ground chuck, cayenne and creole seasoning in a medium sized bowl. Mix them using a mixture. If not available you may use your hand. Turn them into four patties. Then keep them in a plate.
  2. Then make the spread using ingredients like, mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, hot sauce, etc. If you want use lemon juice and stir these. That will make a good spread.
  3. It’s grilling tie. Place those patties that you have made on the grates. Oil the grates as required. Start grilling.  Grill till the pink shades on the meat fades. This might take about 10-12 minutes total for both sides. Remove the patties. You need work with the onion slices. Put those on the grate and grill those around 5 minutes. Which will make those very tasty and tender. Cover the patties with aluminum foil.  
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom part of the buns. And then top that with lettuce, patty and onions as you have prepared. Finally cover those with the top of the buns. And your burgers are ready to be served.
